Quality Assurance (QA) Items Policy
Should an item require parts and/or service during the first 15 days after the auction close date, we will reimburse costs, with the following stipulations:
- The customer provides proper repair-related paperwork (e.g. invoices, receipts, etc.)
- The item repaired is the same item that was purchased under the QA program.
- The amount we will reimburse is not to exceed 10% of the purchase price, and does not include buyer’s premium, internet auction fees, sales tax, Proxibid fees, credit card, or other fees.
- Claims must be emailed to: QA@surplusassetmanagement.com and must be reported within the eligibility period (15 days from date sold).
