SAM now offers Quality Assured items so you can bid with even more confidence!

Each item marked as Quality Assured (QA) has SAM's stamp of approval. A QA sticker means that the buyer can get a return of up to 10% of purchase price within 15 days if there are issues with the item.

All you have to do is spot the round red stickers to know that an item at auction is Quality Assured! 

 

Quality Assurance (QA) Items Policy

 Should an item require parts and/or service during the first 15 days after the auction close date, we will reimburse costs, with the following stipulations:

  • The customer provides proper repair-related paperwork (e.g. invoices, receipts, etc.)
  • The item repaired is the same item that was purchased under the QA program.
  • The amount we will reimburse is not to exceed 10% of the purchase price, and does not include buyer’s premium, internet auction fees, sales tax, Proxibid fees, credit card, or other fees.
  • Claims must be emailed to: QA@surplusassetmanagement.com and must be reported within the eligibility period (15 days from date sold).
